Purposes of processing

We process your data to handle your requests, sign-ups, complaints and incidents; to provide the industrial property watch service and manage the contractual relationship; to send you service communications and, with your consent, commercial communications; to analyse use of the site; and to comply with the legal obligations applicable to us.

Legal basis

The performance of the contract or of pre-contractual measures; compliance with legal obligations; your consent (for example, for commercial communications), which can be withdrawn at any time; and the legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the service.

Retention periods

We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and, once it has ended, duly blocked for the legally required periods (for example, the Commercial Code, 6 years; the General Tax Law, 4 years; and other applicable limitation periods).

Recipients and transfers

To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors (for example, the Stripe payment gateway and the email or mailbox providers the user connects, such as Microsoft or Google). We will only disclose data to third parties where there is a legal obligation (public authorities and bodies, courts and tribunals, law enforcement). Where a provider involves an international transfer, it is carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, the EU standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to administracion@grupo10.com or through the contact page. If you consider that we have not properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Changes

We may amend this policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, or to the instructions of the supervisory authority. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
