Every morning we match the official bulletins against your portfolio with the Apiges similarity engine: the similarity score is identical to Apiges Pro's. You review bulletin by bulletin, with Nice class and risk threshold filters.

When a bulletin publishes an act on one of your files (grant, refusal, opposition received, renewal…), it is posted to the file, the status is recalculated automatically and the file stays flagged until you review it.

Each file is checked against the bulletin of its own country: a Chilean file is never matched against an Argentine one. Every covered office and bulletin is included in any plan, with no per-country charge.

Instantly search for marks similar to any name in the official registers, without creating a file: the check you run before filing. Filter by Nice class, country, minimum similarity and in-force marks only.

From the filing and the grant, the deadline engine calculates renewals and declarations of use under each jurisdiction's rules and tells you how many days are left.
